Beer tanker stuck in car park. And, cold, cold, cold.

Snow flurries and a very strong cold wind.  The North Road pheasant is looking very bright.

A pair of meadow pipits were feeding in the sheep paddock. Shovelers eye to eye going round in circles. The strong east wind is producing lots of foam still.

The snowdrops on the marsh have just come into bloom. More Spring bloom

Two new birds for the bird project this morning, unfortunately no pictures.  A merlin and a brace of grey legged partridges.  Lots of foam on the sea with the brisk easterly. The witch hazel looked good in the sun.

At last a dry morning but the light wasn’t brilliant.  Still some yellowhammers at Easton Bavents, a couple of fieldfare as well. The gulls were having a feeding frenzy, gliding on the stiff cold easterly. Spring is coming

A white tailed reed bunting. Frost on the stubble field Frost on flotsam. Exposed detritus on beach More frost.

A few flecks of snow this morning.  Plenty of reed buntings. The goldfinch were very colourful The Easton Bavents kestrel Tree sparrow, chaffinch and reed buntings. The superstructure for the holiday chalets.
